Thank you all so much for your ongoing support and repeat bookings, I have made so many personal connections through the campground and I am so thrilled to have met such wonderful people and pets alike!
On that note, we have introduced a reasonable $10 p/n fee for pets at Cedarvale Park and we want to take a moment to explain the reasoning behind this decision so our valued campers are in the loop. Our primary goal is to ensure the safety, protect the wildlife, and promote the long-term sustainability of our campground.
Safety is a paramount concern for both our human guests and their furry companions. Introducing a fee for pets allows us to implement additional safety measures and resources to address any potential risks associated with pets on the premises. This may include increased signage, improved fencing for our wildlife, and regular maintenance of designated pet areas. By investing in these measures, we can create a safer environment for everyone, mitigating the chances of accidents or conflicts between pets and other guests.
We thank you for your ongoing support of our small family business and continue to strike a balance between pet-friendly accommodations and the preservation of safety, wildlife, and sustainability. Together, we can create a harmonious and enjoyable environment for all visitors, human and animal alike.

More than happy to pay for my baby to stay. He may have 4 legs but he identifies as my 4yr old kid 😄. Love camping at your place 😍
Is this $10 per night or per stay?
We travel with 2 x very young cats, who stay in our van. If they do come out for a quick looksie around to get them used to seeing different places, they are always on harness and lead. Are they welcome and would this charge apply to them too.
Is that just for 4 legged friends? I’m guessing I’m the only weirdo to bring my duck😅
More than happy to pay, but do you have a surcharge for kids? Kids often do more damage to flora and fauna, just saying.
