1Can I bring my dog?
We gladly welcome dogs, though we regulate the number allowed on the premises simultaneously. If you plan to bring your furry friend, please ensure to book a dog-friendly reservation.
2Do you sell wood?
Yes, we sell firewood at the campsite. Please wave down the truck with the firewood trailer if you would like some, or ask one of the friendly staff. Firewood is usually sold in the afternoon. split hardwood is available in tubs or trailer quarters. $20 a tub or $50 a quarter trailer.
3Can I have a camp fire?
Modest campfires are allowed on all sites, only in the fire rings provided. You are responsible to ensure flammable materials, grass & tents are kept clear of your campfire.
4Do you sell ice?
Unfortunately no.
5Do I have to pay in full?
Yes, full payment is required when booking online. If you are booking well in advance for a group booking please email details to:

6Do you have EFTpos?
No, Sorry we dont. Please book online through our booking engine to book your camp site. Book online

7Do you refill gas bottles?
No, the BP at kilcoy is the closet gas bottle refule.
8Can I arrive earlier than the 12 midday check-in time?
Yes, provided the site is available, if you email us info@cedarvalepark.com.au we’ll be able to let you know if an early check-in is possible.
9Do you have mobile phone signal?
There are some areas of Cedarvale Park that have a very weak mobile phone reception, but unfortunately, no phone carrier has acceptable mobile phone reception here. You will need to drive out to Mary Smokes Creek Road
10Can I arrive late?
Yes, Late arrivals after 5pm during the months of May, June, July, August are ok, 6.30pm is the cut off time for late arrivals during all other months.
All arrivals (whether pre-paid or not) must stop at the Office at the top of the driveway to retrieve their reservation confirmation, then proceed to site. No set up is allowed after 8.30 pm unless otherwise arranged.
11Do you have powered sites?
No. We don’t have powered camping sites.
12Can I bring Pushbikes?
Yes. Pushbikes are allowed at Cedarvale Park. Kids on bikes must be under parent supervision, with helmets required to be worn.
13Can we play music at our camp site?
No. We’re now a music free property. But if you can’t do without your music, just bring some earphones so the music doesn’t disturb other campers.
14Can I bring a Motorbike?
No, they’re too noisy.
15Are the showers HOT?
Yes, Cedarvale park has amenity blocks with gas califont hot water showers
16Do you have Toilets?
Yes, Cedarvale park has amenity blocks with toilets
17Can we go 4WD’ing at Cedarvale Park?
No, all 4WD tracks are closed for safety reasons.
18 Can we fish in the creek?
No, There are only tiny native fish that are protected in Sandy Creek.
19We have friends already booked can we join them?
In most instances this isn't a problem depending on availability and if it is low, mid or peak season. Please email Tammy, our bookings administrator on info@cedarvalepark.com.au
20Is drinking water available?
We have clean water available, However please bringing your own drinking water.
21Can we pay online?
Yes, please book online through our booking engine to book your camp site. Book online

22Can we use a generator?
Yes between 10am and 4pm. We encourage this to charge batteries, As we don't want to disturb other campers.
23Can friends drop in for the day and visit?
No one-night camping or day visitors. We don’t encourage day visitors as our campers choose our bush retreat for the peace and quiet..
24Do you refund for inclement weather?
No, we don’t issue refunds for inclement weather.
25Why am i getting redirected when i click on Book Now?
We use a new Booking System Book Now, You will be redirected to our booking engine.
26Do you have Massage/Treatments avaliable?
Yes we do, they must be booked in on our web site or arranged on site when you are camping.

Yes, a normal road car can access cedarvale park.
